April 29, 1996:
Test Drive the DR7 Be Development Environment on a Macintosh
If you have a Macintosh and CodeWarrior 8 -- but you don't have DR7 of the Be OS running on a BeBox yet -- you can download and test drive the DR7 headers, libraries, and other Be development software for the Macintosh. Of course you won't be able to run the code you compile until you have a BeBox that's running DR7, but you will get a taste of what it's like to write a DR7 Be application.
Updates to DR7 Available
After the DR7 Be Operating System CD-ROMs were pressed, we discovered and fixed some bugs in files that are part of the Be OS system software. The fixed files improve the performance and reliability the BeBox when running DR7. The DR7 Updates page shows you how to download and install the fixed software.
